Privacy Policy
How we handle information for Fieldwork and its professional SMS program.
Effective October 16, 2026 · Privacy policy version 2026-10-16
1. Scope
CrimsonScript is a software platform operated by CRIMSONSCRIPT SYSTEM LLC. Fieldwork by CrimsonScript and its SMS program are operated by that company. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” in this policy mean CRIMSONSCRIPT SYSTEM LLC, which is responsible for the information described here.
This policy applies to Fieldwork by CrimsonScript at crimsonscript.com/marketing, including its public SMS enrollment form, professional messaging program, and communications through our business phone number, +1 (844) 743-3694. It covers our relationship-management service; it does not describe the practices of independent businesses or other websites.
2. Information we collect
- Enrollment information: your name, mobile number, and organization if you choose to provide it.
- Consent records: the disclosure you agreed to, its version, the enrollment page, the submission date and time, your IP address, and browser information. We retain these records to document and review your request.
- Professional relationship information: business contact details, staff-entered notes, meetings, visits, and follow-ups associated with your relationship with our team.
- Communications: message content and attachments, replies, delivery status, opt-out requests, call history, voicemail, and support correspondence when you communicate with us. Call recording is off by default. If recording is requested for a call, we announce it and ask you to press 1 to agree. You can continue the call without agreeing to recording. Leaving a voicemail records the message you choose to leave.
- Website and staff account information: necessary session and security information, account profile details, and records of authorized staff activity.
Do not submit patient or prescription information or other sensitive personal information through the SMS enrollment form or the SMS program.
3. How we use information
We use this information to review and document consent, maintain professional relationships, arrange meetings and visits, send the messages you requested, respond to questions, honor opt-outs, protect the service, and maintain necessary business and consent records. Submitting the form does not verify ownership of a number or automatically activate text delivery; our team reviews enrollment requests.
4. Mobile information and SMS consent
We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties.
Consent is specific to Fieldwork by CrimsonScript and the program described at enrollment. It is not permission for another company to contact you. We do not use purchased phone lists as evidence of consent.
5. Service providers and other disclosures
Authorized staff may access information needed for their work. The private business Phone console is restricted to the designated administrator. We use service providers for necessary functions such as hosting, email support, text-message delivery, and calling. Twilio and telecommunications carriers process phone numbers, communications, and delivery information needed to provide these services. Twilio processes voicemail and recordings when those features are used. This does not give service providers permission to market to you.
We may disclose other information where required by law or necessary to investigate misuse or protect rights and security. These general information-sharing provisions do not authorize sharing text messaging originator opt-in data or consent.
6. Cookies and security
The Fieldwork website uses necessary cookies for staff sign-in, form security, and submission confirmation. The public enrollment and policy pages do not use advertising trackers. Disabling necessary cookies may prevent form submission or sign-in.
We use HTTPS, access controls, and private storage to protect information. No system can guarantee complete security. Staff access is restricted according to their responsibilities; enrollment records are available only to authorized administrators.
7. Retention
The private business Phone archive keeps messages, attachments, call history, voicemail, and consented call recordings until an administrator manually deletes them. Deletion removes the archived content and requests removal of matching provider resources; provider removal can take additional time. A minimal record of the deletion is retained to prevent the content from being imported again. Separate relationship-management records and existing backups are not automatically removed by deleting a Phone item.
We retain contact, communication, and consent records for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, document permission, honor opt-outs, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Some records may remain after messaging ends to prevent unwanted contact and preserve consent history. Records in backups may remain until those backups expire.
8. Your choices and requests
SMS enrollment is optional. Reply STOP to program messages to unsubscribe, or email [email protected] with the number to remove. Reply HELP for SMS help. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
You may contact us to request access to or correction or deletion of your information, or to ask a privacy question. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, consent, or opt-out purposes. Available rights depend on applicable law.
9. Adults and policy updates
The service and SMS program are intended for professional contacts aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly enroll children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us. Changes to this policy will be posted here with an updated effective date.
