Terms and Conditions
The terms for the Fieldwork website and professional SMS program.

1. Our service
CrimsonScript is a software platform operated by CRIMSONSCRIPT SYSTEM LLC. Fieldwork by CrimsonScript is our professional relationship-management product and SMS program. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” in these terms mean CRIMSONSCRIPT SYSTEM LLC.
Fieldwork by CrimsonScript helps a professional marketing team organize business relationships, meetings, visits, and follow-ups. These terms apply to the Fieldwork website at crimsonscript.com/marketing and the Fieldwork SMS program. They do not replace any separate agreement you have with us for other services.
2. SMS program and consent
When you enter your mobile number, select the consent checkbox, and submit our SMS enrollment form, you give Fieldwork by CrimsonScript permission to send you text messages about professional meetings, visit reminders, scheduling changes, and relationship follow-ups, including messages sent using automated technology. The sending number is +1 (844) 743-3694.
You must be the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. You must be at least 18 years old to enroll. Enrollment is voluntary, and consent is not a condition of purchase or use of services. Giving us a phone number for another purpose does not enroll you. Our team reviews enrollment requests before activating messaging.
3. Frequency, charges, and availability
Message frequency varies based on your scheduled meetings, visits, and ongoing interactions with our team. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge a separate SMS enrollment fee. Contact your carrier about your plan.
Delivery depends on your carrier, device, coverage, and service availability. Messages may be delayed or may not arrive. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on a text message as your only record of an appointment; contact our team if you need confirmation.
4. Unsubscribe and get help
Reply STOP to any program text to unsubscribe. You may receive one final confirmation of your opt-out; further program messages will stop unless you provide new valid consent. You can also withdraw consent by emailing [email protected] with your mobile number and request to stop texts.
Reply HELP for help with the SMS program, or email [email protected]. Email support is available whether or not messaging has been activated. Let us know if you change your number or are no longer its authorized user.
5. Appropriate use
Provide accurate information and enroll only a number you are authorized to use. Do not submit another person's information without authorization, send unlawful or abusive content, interfere with the website, or attempt to access private CRM records. Staff accounts are individual and must not be shared.
This program is for professional business communications. Do not send patient information, prescription information, passwords, payment-card information, or other sensitive personal information by text or through the enrollment form. It is not an emergency service or a source of medical or legal advice.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Mobile information is not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties.
7. Program changes
We may update these terms or change or end the program. Updated terms will appear on this page with a new effective date. A material change to the sender or purposes of messages requires new consent when applicable; a website update alone does not expand the permission you previously gave us. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
